Ravi B.

Ravi B. is the Director of Customer Success at FingerprintJS. Ravi has over 14 years of experience in customer success, data analysis, and account management.

Ravi started their career at The Nielsen Company in 2007 as an Account Manager. Ravi then transitioned to the role of Senior Data Analyst/Customer Engagement at Switchfly, Inc. in 2013. In 2016, Ravi became a Senior Customer Success Manager/Team Lead at Leanplum. Ravi held this position for three years before joining FOSSA as their Director of Customer Success in 2019. Ravi has been with FingerprintJS since June 2021.

Ravi has helped large, global companies monetize big data as a Customer Success Manager at GoodData. Ravi has also served as the liaison between customers and internal product and engineering teams - acting as the voice of the customer. Ravi is an effective leader and team player, with a proven track record of successfully working with international teams to improve and expand the customer experience.
