Natalia Kmit

Natalia Kmit is an experienced Information Security Officer and Head of Recruitment, currently serving at Finhost and .doCode since April 2023. Prior to these roles, Natalia was the Head of Recruitment at CyberCraft Inc. from October 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies and leading a team of recruiters. Earlier experience as an HR/Recruiting Specialist involved sourcing candidates for IT positions and maintaining industry relationships.
