Brady Dean is a Senior Consultant at Finit Solutions, having graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Finance, and Marketing. They began their career as a Corporate Accounting Intern at Macy's, where they developed analytical skills, and progressed to various roles, including Sr Financial Systems Developer and Manager of Financial Systems. Brady is recognized for their strong work ethic, having received multiple promotions and the 2022 Macy’s Digital and Technology Award for significant contributions to financial automation. Currently, they work in the Finance Tech Team Center of Excellence at Macy's, focusing on automating accounting processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
