Jiaqi Chen

Jiaqi (Johnny) Chen is a seasoned SecOps Engineer with extensive experience in security and compliance, currently holding the position of SecOps Engineer IV at Finix since November 2021. Responsibilities encompass high-level program design and implementation for security protocols, leading PCI and SOC 2 audits, and developing scalable security solutions. Previously, as a DevOps Engineer at Othot, Jiaqi managed containerized SaaS products in GCP, established monitoring systems, and optimized cloud resources, achieving significant cost reductions. Early experiences include a Data Curator Intern role at Othot, where Jiaqi contributed to integrating US Census data into machine learning pipelines. Jiaqi holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University.
