Andres Ferrer

Andres Ferrer has held various positions in the tech industry since 2000. Andres began their career at HP, where they held the roles of Marketing Manager for Planning & Small and Medium Business in EMEA, Finance Manager for Marketing and Strategy in Personal Systems Group, Finance and Business Development Manager, and Financial Analyst for Supply Chain. In 2007, they became President & General Manager of Red Colombia S.A., a top IT integrator with annual sales of approximately US$30MM. In 2008, they moved to Brightpoint as General Manager of the Andean Region, where they sold close to US$40M and expanded into Ecuador and Panama. In 2012, they became CEO of ETEK INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION, a System Integrator of Information Security Solutions in Colombia and Peru with revenue of US$22M and over 200 employees. In 2019, they founded Cética SAS, providing consulting services and implementation of SAS solutions. In 2020, they co-founded Finkargo, a platform to unlock growth for small and medium size companies in Latam, and in 2021 they became Co-Owner and Strategic Advisor of BExcellence, a leader in Process Digitization and Automatization Solutions. Additionally, they co-founded La Totuga Music in 2011, a digital platform to distribute personalized children's music.

Andres Ferrer began their educational journey in 1989 when they graduated from Colegio San Carlos with a High School Diploma. From 1992 to 1997, they attended Universidad de Los Andes and earned an Engineer degree in Industrial Engineering. Finally, in 1998, they completed their MBA in Management and Finance from HEC Paris.
