Scott Moran

Scott Moran is the CEO and Co-Founder of Finlay, a venture focused on Humans and AI Recruitment Agents working together. They previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Mews from 2018 to 2021, helping grow revenue from 2M to 30M ARR, expand to 10 global offices, and lead HR, M&A, Customer Success, Sales, Implementations, Support and Operations teams. They were Senior Vice President at Entertainment Partners from 2021 to 2023, where they developed an international expansion plan, integrated UK acquisitions, and managed a cross-functional team reporting to the global COO/CFO. They hold an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (2015–2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware (2003–2009); they are currently studying at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
