Carter Grupp is currently working as a Consulting Project Manager at Finley Engineering Company, Inc., where Carter consults county governments, cities, and public entities in broadband strategic planning efforts. Carter also works as the Head Coach Boys Varsity Basketball at Heron Lake-Okabena Public School, and volunteers at Northland Hackathon. Previously, Carter served as a Broadband Coordinator at Lead For America, and held various roles at YMCA and City of Minnetonka. Carter graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2021 after completing high school at Apple Valley Senior High School in 2017.
