Rami Ajaj

Rami Ajaj is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Head of Engineering, Software Engineering Hub Lead, and Team Lead at FinLink GmbH since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Innovation Manager AI at Baufi24 Baufinanzierung AG and Innovation Manager at Interhyp Gruppe. Rami's career began at DoCoMo Euro-Labs as a Senior Researcher and Researcher, followed by a PhD in Computer Science at LIMSI-CNRS, where the research focused on Human Computer Interaction and Graphical User Interfaces. Additional teaching experience includes instructing at IUT Orsay in system and network topics and concurrent programming. Rami Ajaj holds a PhD, a Master's, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI).
