Dr. Thomas Schneider

Dr. Thomas Schneider has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dr. Thomas is currently serving as the CEO & Co-Founder of FinLoop.com, a software company specializing in secure and efficient management of commercial real estate loans. Prior to this, they founded BrickVest and acted as the Executive Director. Before that, they founded Limmat Group SA. Dr. Schneider also worked as a Manager at KPMG AG and as an Associate at Lehman Brothers. Dr. Thomas started their career as a Consultant at Ernst & Young, where they worked on real estate transactions and property valuation. Dr. Thomas began their professional journey as a Research Fellow at the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research, conducting economic research and publishing papers on China's and Taiwan's WTO entry.

Dr. Thomas Schneider has a diverse education history. Dr. Thomas completed their Master of Business Administration in Studies in Business Administration from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, where they attended from 1997 to 2002. Their interest in real estate led him to pursue a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Additionally, they obtained a Doctoral degree in Financial Economics from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. To further enhance their expertise in the field, Dr. Schneider also pursued a MDes in Real Estate from Harvard University, focusing on Real Estate Investment.
