Max Schertel

Max Schertel has an extensive work experience spanning from 2008 to 2021. In 2008, they were an intern at Bechtle AG. From 2009 to 2011, they were a legal intern at Barrister Nick Alexander, Dierks+Bohle, and Knolle Societät respectively. In 2017, they were a Member of the Mobile Proxy Forum Steering Committee at the European Payments Council (EPC). From 2015 to 2021, they held various roles at N26, including Director of Business Operations, Head of Business Operations, Head of Payments, Business Development Manager, and Entrepreneur in Residence. In 2021, they became Co-Founder of finmid, a company providing B2B lending infrastructure for software platforms.

Max Schertel completed their education history with a Master in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Magister Juris (1. Staatsexamen) from the University of Konstanz in 2014. Max also completed an Erasmus Year at Stockholm University in 2011, and a Magister Juris (1. Staatsexamen) at the University of Konstanz in 2010. Max began their studies in 2008. Additionally, Max Schertel has obtained a Bloomberg Aptitude Test certification.
