Joe Maxwell is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the financial sector. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner at FINTOP Capital since January 2016, Joe has been instrumental in shaping investment strategies. In addition, Joe co-founded Torch Collective in May 2025 and has served on the boards of several organizations, including the Greater Nashville Private Capital Association, Ampersand, Inc., SRA Watchtower, Amaryllis, Health Here, Thread Bank, and InsurePay.
