David Hanna

David Hanna has extensive experience in the financial services industry, spanning over 19 years. In 2021, they became Co-founder of Finmo and Advisory Board Member of Clever (formerly aircrex). David is also Global Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at BANXA and Advisor at LATIPAY. Prior to this, they were Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at Rapyd and Regulatory Compliance Leader at Genworth Australia. From 2011 to 2018, they were Regional Director, Enterprise Risk & Compliance - AU/NZ at PayPal. From 2005 to 2011, they were Senior Manager, Compliance & Regulatory at Ernst & Young, responsible for delivering high quality regulatory advice to financial services organisations. From 2003 to 2005, they were Senior Compliance Manager at Zurich Financial Services Australia, responsible for providing compliance advice to over 300 Australian financial services licensees. Finally, from 2002 to 2003, they were Compliance Manager at ING DIRECT Australia, responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the compliance program.

David Hanna attended La Trobe University from 2001 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a focus in Management.
