Ninad Thawait

Ninad Thawait is a seasoned Risk & Analytics Manager currently leading initiatives at Finnable. Previously, they served as a Senior Risk Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank, where they focused on the development of credit policies and portfolio monitoring. Ninad holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Visakhapatnam, where they also contributed as a Junior Placement Representative. Their early career included roles as a Credit Risk Management Intern at YES Bank and an intern at India Ratings and Research, where they engaged in industry analysis and commodity price development. Ninad completed a BBA in Finance from NMIMS, earning a place on the Dean’s Merit List.
