Katariina Suuniitty

Katariina Suuniitty has extensive experience in the aviation and service industries, currently serving as an OCC Crew Controller and previously as an Allocation Supervisor at Finnair since May 2015. Prior to this role, Katariina worked as a Gate Service Agent at Finavia from July 2013 to April 2015 and gained experience as a Service Advisor at Silta Oy from May 2011 to August 2012. Additionally, Katariina was a Payroll Assistant at Raha-automaattiyhdistys, RAY, from June 2010 to April 2011, and began a career in customer service as a Customer Service Representative. Education includes ongoing studies for a Master's degree in Cultural & Landscape Studies at the University of Turku, a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Satakunta University of Applied Sciences, and an exchange program at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in Economics in 2012.
