Shiny Lee

Shiny Lee possesses a diverse background in customer service and sales, with experience as a Sales Associate at Montblanc for a brief period in 2014, where the focus was on promoting products and identifying customer needs. Prior experience includes serving as a Flight Attendant at Dragonair from January 2012 to June 2014, responsible for in-flight safety and exceptional customer service. Since January 2015, Shiny Lee has been part of Finnair's cabin crew, continuing to hone skills in customer-oriented service. Shiny Lee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Northumbria University, earned between 2009 and 2010.
