Michael Massaro is currently the Head of Finnova Academy at finnova AG Bankware, where they design, organize, and conduct training programs for partners and customer banks. Michael also held positions at Pragmatica AG, leading the Competence Center "Learning Services," and served as a Managing Director at Creamind GmbH, where they developed eLearning programs for various industries. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Analyst/Programmer in different firms, specializing in banking applications and software development.
