Max Horn

Max Horn is an experienced operations and customer service specialist currently with Our World Shops, Inc. since June 2010, where responsibilities include online customer service for various websites. Prior to this, Max served as an operations manager at Deco Catering, overseeing events and managing staff to ensure high-quality service and guest experiences. Additional roles include team assistant for the Miami HEAT during the NBA Summer League and student brand manager for Red Bull, focusing on campus engagement and marketing initiatives. Max holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and has developed diverse skills in event management, sales support, and digital marketing through various positions and internships across different industries.
