Eric Phillips

Eric Phillips, CFA, currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Sales at FINNY since October 2025. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at Betterment from January 2024 to October 2025, including Director of Sales and Head of Advisor Sales. Eric's experience in the financial services industry also includes a tenure at Human Interest from June 2019 to January 2024, where roles spanned from Sr. Director of Partnerships & Business Development to Head of Financial Partnerships. Additionally, Eric worked at Artisan Partners from July 2014 to May 2019 in Institutional Business Development and Client Relations. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University Bloomington and furthered education at Esade.
