FINO brings Self-leadership into organizations. We run structured group programs that help teams communicate honestly, make better decisions under pressure, and reduce burnout.

Our work is based on Internal Family Systems (IFS), a proven framework used at organizations including the CDC. We translate it into practical tools teams can use in their daily work. Not therapy. Not abstract workshops. Real skills for real teams.

Founded by Anna Milaeva (IFS Level 3 Practitioner, 10+ years in startup operations) and her husband (organizational Psychologist). 

We work with companies remotely and in person across the US and Europe.
