Dima Gomaa

Dima Gomaa has over 15 years of experience in various roles within the technology industry. Dima is currently working as the System Operations Team Lead at Finoa since January 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Technical Specialist and DevOps Lead at Vodafone International Services _VOIS starting in October 2017.

Dima also has experience working at Vodafone as a Senior Operation Support Engineer from March 2015 to November 2021, as well as a Senior UNIX Consultant outsourced to Vodafone International Services (VIS) from December 2013 to November 2021.

Prior to that, they worked as a Senior System Administrator at GiroNil from January 2008 to October 2009, and at the Egyptian Company for Internet and Digital Infrastructure (Nile Online) as a Senior System Administrator, also acting as Infra Structure Team leader, from January 2006 to December 2007.

Dima Gomaa completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the Faculty of computers and information, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Thanwya bnat school from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, Dima obtained certifications in Cloud Computing Technologies and ITIL V3 OSA: Introduction to Operational Support and Analysis from Learning Tree International and ITIL Certified, respectively.
