Muhammad Bilal has over 10 years of professional experience in the IT field. Muhammad began their career in 2009 as a Technical Support Engineer at Media Times (Pvt.) Ltd. (Publisher of Daily Times News Paper), where they were responsible for resolving computer hardware and network problems. In 2010, they joined IBEX | Global as a System Engineer and provided technical support to a wide range of users. In 2012, they moved to O16 Labs as a Senior Help Desk Engineer, where they managed clients locally and internationally via email and phone support. In 2013, they joined National Food Products Company | NFPC Group as an Infrastructure Engineer and was responsible for coordinating with hardware support vendors. Finally, in 2019, they joined Finologee as a Customer Care Officer, providing assistance to customers in all product categories.

Muhammad Bilal has a diverse educational background. Muhammad obtained a B.S in Computer Engineering from Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology (SSUET) between 2006 and 2009, with a focus on System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager. Muhammad then went on to obtain a HSC - Pre Engineering from SM GOVT. Science College between 2004 and 2005, with a focus on Computer, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Finally, in 2017 they obtained an MSS in Field Of Study Information Technology Project Management from ESAIP, École Supérieure Angevine en Informatique et Productique, with a focus on Network & Security, Management & French Cultural Integration. In addition, they obtained a Certified Ethical Hacker certification from EC-Council in February 2018.
