Stefan Kirsch has had a varied work experience over the past decade. In 2012, they began their career as a Reconciliation Intern at DHL Supply Chain BeNeLux. In 2014, they were an Innovations Department Intern at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they were the point of contact for the implementation of Stella Artois Cidre in the Belgian and Dutch markets. Stefan also assisted the innovation team in setting up a new software tool, analyzed previous launches and their results, and reached out to other companies to help sustain the development of the Jupiler brand. In 2016, they became a Consultant and Analyst in Banking Strategy and Operations at Deloitte Luxembourg. At KPMG Luxembourg in 2019, they were an Assistant Manager and Senior Advisor Strategy and Regulatory Advisory in the Global Strategy Group. Stefan's most recent role is Business Development Consultant at Finologee, where they are responsible for prospecting and pitching new clients, developing a sales strategy for newly developed products, onboarding new clients, managing the development of new products and solutions, and building an account management function.

Stefan Kirsch received their Bachelor in Business Engineering from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 2008 to 2013. During this time, they also completed an Erasmus exchange at the Technische Universität Berlin from April to August 2014. Prior to this, they attended Collège Notre-Dame de Tournai from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained a Secondaire d'Enseignement Général Supérieur in Math-Sciences-Langues. In 2013, they obtained a Master in Business Engineering from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. In 2020, they earned a Building Digital Partnerships and Ecosystems certification from INSEAD.
