Aleksei Tugaenko

Aleksei Tugaenko is an experienced professional in project and product management with a strong background in finance and technology. Aleksei began a career as a Senior Project Manager at Комус from May 2012 to April 2019, where retail and e-commerce projects were led, along with finance modeling and KPI tracking. Following this role, Aleksei served as a System Analyst at MCC Metrokredit, contributing to the establishment of an IT project office, and then as a Senior IT Business Analyst at Eqvanta, where the loan extension process was automated. From July 2022 to March 2024, Aleksei worked as a Technical Product Owner at Stenn Technologies, focusing on KYC/KYB and anti-fraud automation. Currently, Aleksei is the Product Manager at Finom, leading automation in AML and Transaction Monitoring while significantly reducing the deployment time for AML and anti-fraud rules. Aleksei holds a B.S. in Financial Management from the All-Russian State Distance-Learning Institute of Finance and Economics and a Master of Science in Engineering from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.
