Sivan Nakash has worked in the customer success and support field for several years. From October 2016 to January 2020, Sivan served as the Customer Service Manager at Psagot Investment House, where they built strong relationships with B2B customers, led projects, and motivated others. During this time, Sivan also initiated and recharacterized the company's website, leading to increased profits and improved customer experience.
In March 2022, Sivan joined Finonex as a Technical Support Team Leader and then transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager in November 2022, where they are currently employed.
