Ed Moran

Ed Moran is a FinOps Subject Matter Expert in the Americas at Finout, a NextGen Cloud Cost Financial Management platform, since November 2023. With a focus on financial operations, Ed has been a Real Estate Investor since January 2019, specializing in commercial multifamily real estate in Massachusetts and Florida. Prior experience includes serving as a FinOps SME at Apptio from April 2017 to November 2023, contributing to the evolution of the FinOps discipline following Apptio's acquisition of Cloudability. Additionally, Ed worked in Strategic Accounts at Cloudera, achieving President's Club recognition in 2015 and 2016, and held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Oracle from November 2011 to November 2015, managing a team and achieving multiple sales quotas. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Real Estate Paralegal Certification from Northeastern University.
