Sydney Bryan

Sydney Bryan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in patient engagement and volleyball coaching. At FinPay, LLC, since May 2019, Sydney has progressed from Payment Specialist to Team Lead and currently serves as Manager of Patient Engagement, overseeing employee development and managing clinical aspects of workers' compensation. Previously at MedRisk, from November 2016 to May 2019, Sydney excelled as a Team Lead while enhancing the performance of a 15-member team. In addition to a robust managerial career, Sydney has also been involved in volleyball coaching at various levels, including head coaching roles at East Coast Power Delaware Volleyball Club and Delaware Military Academy, along with assistant coaching at three different clubs. Sydney earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from Lincoln University in 2016.
