Finpeg is one of India's first global macros driven robo-advisory platform. At Finpeg, we combine our unique understanding of global macros with the power of machine learning to create a very differentiated and unique proposition for our clients. This we believe is becoming ever more critical in today’s investment landscape where ETFs are triumphing over active management and actions of Central Banks have far greater impact on investment portfolios than the stocks and funds you pick for your portfolio, which in turn is rendering traditional methods of investing that have been focused on spotting that best rated fund and best rated fund manager ever more irrelevant. For e.g. if central banks are printing money and adding liquidity, we can have a raging bull run in equities even in the middle of a pandemic, and if central banks are draining liquidity (e.g. Jan 2018 to Sept 2019), even Buffet and Dalio wouldn’t be able to make you money in equities. And if real yields turn negative because of Central Banks suppressing interest rates and pushing them below the rate of inflation, hardly any asset class can outperform Gold during such times. At Finpeg, we have built a set of unique investment algorithms that are geared towards picking up these very global macro signals, and accordingly align our client portfolios to benefit the most from these emerging global macro trends.
