Bryan Kimani has extensive experience in the field of software engineering and web development. Bryan is currently working as a Software Engineer at Finplus Group, a position they started in November 2022. Prior to this, Bryan served as the Founder of Dijtal, where they offered inbound marketing services, developed and maintained websites for clients, installed and trained clients on using Odoo ERP & CRM, created custom email newsletters, and developed brand identities for clients. Bryan also collaborated with remote freelancers to create brand identities, websites, web apps, and mobile native apps.

Before their role at Dijtal, Bryan worked as a Software Engineer at MARAMOJA transport. During their tenure, they integrated Mapbox mapping solutions into the web application and spearheaded the transition from a native Android application to a hybrid application based on Apache Cordova. This move enabled the use of a single codebase for both Android and iOS apps.

Bryan also held the position of Lead Web Developer at Kehl Design Agency, where they worked on web development projects. Additionally, they worked as a Freelance Web Developer before joining Kehl Design Agency.

At an earlier stage in their career, Bryan served as a Web Developer at Kehl Design Agency, where they maintained client websites, introduced the concept of mobile-first and responsive website design, and redesigned and maintained the Nestlé Equatorial African Region Ltd website.

Bryan's career began as a Junior Web Developer at SAM AFRICA MINISTRY, where they gained foundational experience in web development. Overall, they have developed skills in software engineering, web development, inbound marketing, and brand identity creation throughout their professional journey.

Bryan Kimani completed their Bachelor of Business Information Technology (BBIT) degree at Multi Media University from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including a Back End Development and APIs certification from freeCodeCamp in November 2021, an Adobe After Effects: Learn to Animate Graphics certification from Udemy in January 2021, a Pybites Beginner Certificate from PyBites in September 2018, a CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION - SEO Training Course by Moz from Udemy in February 2018, and a Certificate of Completion - RUBY ON RAILS FOR WEBDEVELOPMENT from Udemy in February 2015.
