Michael Baldock is currently the Executive Chairman at FinQuery, formerly LeaseQuery, since 2025. They co-founded Ondra Partners and served as a Partner from 2008 to 2020. From 2020 to 2024, Michael was the Chief Financial Officer at Abcam plc, and prior to that, they held the position of Senior Advisor at Lazard from 2004 to 2024, as well as Global Head of Health Care and Head of Investment Banking for The Americas at HSBC from 2004 to 2007. Michael graduated with an A.B. from Harvard University in 1986.
