Mike Mercer

Mike Mercer is an experienced Senior Product Owner at FinQuery, formerly LeaseQuery, where responsibilities include conducting client demonstrations and hosting training sessions on the LeaseQuery suite of products. Previously held roles include Product Owner, where Mike managed product backlogs and facilitated agile ceremonies, and Customer Success Manager, providing solutions to over 100 clients. Prior to FinQuery, Mike served as Senior Customer Success Manager at Lead Forensics, overseeing client relationships and achieving significant revenue and retention goals. Additional experience includes various roles in sales training and quality assurance at Lead Forensics. Mike began a career in the diving industry as a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor and Shop Manager at SeaVentures. Mike holds a Bachelor of Art in Photography from Savannah College of Art and Design.
