Marcel Putina

Marcel Putina is a seasoned technology and product leader with extensive experience in the fintech industry. As CTO/CPO and Co-founder of Finst since July 2021, Marcel has contributed to establishing a cryptocurrency platform registered with the Dutch Central Bank, aiming to transform the investment landscape in Europe with a focus on safety, transparency, and competitive fees. Prior to Finst, Marcel held key roles at DEGIRO as Product Lead and Product Owner from November 2017 to June 2021, and at Savedo GmbH as Product Manager and Online Marketing Manager from June 2014 to November 2017. Marcel's academic background includes a Master of Science in Leadership and Change Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Management from Hochschule Furtwangen, complemented by studies at Sungkyunkwan University. Marcel also holds a Post Secondary Professional Education degree in Finance and Insurance from the Finance and Banking College of Chisinau.
