Justus Schoemaker

Justus Schoemaker is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in connecting Dutch and Japanese maritime sectors. As the President and Owner of DUJAM Desk K.K. since November 2013, Justus has focused on bridging these maritime clusters at various levels. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at East Winds Asia K.K. since January 2018, Justus provides specialized transport and storage solutions for offshore wind foundations. Additionally, Justus is involved in multiple leadership roles, including Executive Advisor at Yorigami Maritime Construction and Managing Director at DOB-Academy. Justus has held significant positions with Holland Marine Equipment and Holland Home of Wind Energy, representing Dutch interests in Japan. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Maritime Economics and Logistics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Navigation from Maritime University Vlissingen, complemented by studies at SOAS and Waseda University.
