Jarrod Bailey

Jarrod Bailey has a diverse work experience. Jarrod started working as a Healthcare Specialist in the US Army in June 2012, where they worked autonomously in a clinical and emergency medical services position. Jarrod supervised and trained a team of 3-5 military personnel and maintained accountability and security of over $5,000,000 worth of equipment until June 2016.

In 2018, they worked as a Tutor at Georgia Gwinnett College from August 2018 to January 2019.

From January 2019 onwards, they joined FINSYNC as a Software Developer, working remotely. Jarrod worked on the Retention team and Payroll team, solving general issues, implementing new functionality, and adapting to changing tax rules using technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Ember, CoffeeScript, JavaScript, Githib, Slack, and Atlassian.

Jarrod Bailey earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology - Software Development from Georgia Gwinnett College, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. In 2017, they also completed a short-term course called the Android Basics Nanodegree from Udacity. Additionally, in April 2018, they obtained a certification in MTA: Networking Fundamentals from Microsoft.
