Jose Alfaro is a mission-focused executive dedicated to helping organizations transition from chaos to clarity through team building, systems development, and cultural impact. Currently, as the Principal Advisor and Head of Community and Ecosystem Partnership at FINSYNC, Jose oversees community engagement and builds strategic partnerships, leveraging past experience as CEO of CO.STARTERS. They co-founded Black Tie Staffing and have held various leadership roles in the hospitality and social entrepreneurship sectors, including serving as General Manager of Social Ventures at Mission Chattanooga. Jose earned a Master’s in Christian Studies and a Master of Arts in Ministry from Mission School of Ministry and an Associate’s degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts-Pittsburgh.
