Gilda Testa has over 20 years of work experience in marketing. gilda began their career in 2000 as a Marketing Manager at SetNet Corp. In 2002, they moved to Colt Telecom as a Direct Marketing Specialist. In 2003, they joined Telecom Italia as a Product Manager for Broadband and IPTV Service Offerings. In 2006, they were promoted to Head of Merchandising Project at TIM Brasil, a Brazilian subsidiary of Telecom Italia Mobile. From 2009 to 2017, they worked as a Marketing Manager at BeeTV, and currently holds the role of Marketing at Fintastico since 2017.

Gilda Testa graduated from Suncoast Community High School in 1999 with a High School Diploma. From 1996 to 1997, they attended New York University as part of an Academic Year program, studying Political Science. In 1997, they began attending the European School of Economics and earned a BA cum Laude in Communication and Media Studies in 2000. In 1999, they participated in an exchange program at EAE Business School, studying Marketing.
