Lan Le

Lan Le has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Deloitte as an Audit Associate and later as an Audit Senior, where they managed audit procedures for multiple companies and received recognition for excellence in leadership.

In 2013, Lan joined VietinBank as a Senior Financial Analyst, providing financial analysis and advice to the CFO and Chief Accountant. Lan also managed financial reporting processes and consolidation of statements.

From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an MBA Intern and Assistant to the CFO at Psychiatric Medical Care, where they developed financial models, conducted research, and recommended business opportunities.

In 2018, Lan became the Asia Regional Financial Controller at We Effect, overseeing financial and accounting activities for multiple offices and projects across six countries.

From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Techcombank (TCB) as a Business Analysis Expert, leading a team of analysts and providing financial reports, analysis, and recommendations to the board of management. Lan implemented data analytics tools and trained colleagues to improve productivity.

Currently, Lan Le is the Head of Finance at Fintech Farm, a position they have held since 2022.

From 2002 to 2005, Lan Le attended Hanoi University of Science, where they completed high school with a focus on Mathematics and Informatics.

From 2005 to 2009, Lan Le studied at Foreign Trade University, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Economics.

Lastly, from 2016 to 2018, Lan Le pursued higher education at Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance and Operations.
