Chris Chung

Chris C. currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Director at Genesis Block since 2021, while also acting as a Course Facilitator at The Wharton School. Between 2021 and 2023, Chris held multiple roles at Republic, including Venture Partner and Director of Business Analytics. Additional positions include Principal at Republic Capital and Director at Republic Realm. Prior to these roles, Chris was President of Altius Capital Enterprises from 2005 to 2021 and served as a Naval Officer in the US Navy from 2009 to 2019. Chris's educational background includes an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School, a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of California, San Francisco, and a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Davis.
