Joel Pearson

Joel Pearson is a seasoned executive in the sales and revenue sectors, currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at Fintech since November 2025. Prior to this role, Joel was the Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Americas at Bloomreach from November 2023 to November 2025, and held the position of Senior Vice President of Sales, Americas at BigCommerce from July 2019 to November 2023.
