Neli Ilkova

Neli Ilkova is an accomplished risk management professional with extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors. Neli held the position of Head of Credit Risk Assessment Sector at Credit Agricole Bulgaria EAD from August 2008 to April 2015, followed by a brief tenure as Head of Credit Risk Management Division at D Commerce Bank. Neli has also served as a Senior Bank Officer at United Bulgarian Bank and as a Risk Manager at HVB Leasing AD. Neli returned to Credit Agricole Bulgaria EAD to work in the Risk Management Department before taking on the role of Chief Risk Officer at the Bulgarian Export Insurance Agency JSC and currently at Fintech since December 2019. Neli's educational qualifications include multiple certifications in financial and operational risk management, including FRM, PRM, and CERG, alongside a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of National and World Economy.
