Manuel Băjescu

Manuel Băjescu is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in project and solution architecture, technical project management, and site reliability engineering. Currently serving as SRE Manager at FintechOS, Băjescu focuses on team coordination, strategy alignment, and maintaining SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs. Prior roles include SRE Lead Architect at Finastra, where significant infrastructure planning and design were conducted, and Solutions Architect at Softelligence Romania. Băjescu has also held project management positions at BRD - Groupe Societe Generale, Romsys, Mycroft System, Novensys, SIVECO Romania, and Labelon Romania, managing complex projects across various sectors, including government, education, and IT. Academic qualifications include an MBA from The National Institute of Economic Development and an Engineer’s Degree from POLITEHNICA University of Bucharest.
