Previously, Cem held roles at İsteGelsin as Head of Business Development and Continuous Improvement, and at Arçelik Global as Global Spare Part Pricing & Service Development Lead. Extensive experience includes positions at Migros Ticaret A.Ş., KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Vestel, 3M, and Philip Morris International, with a strong emphasis on business development, project management, and operational improvements. Cem holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Sabanci University.
