Fanny Rodriguez

Fanny Rodriguez has a wealth of experience in the financial industry, beginning with their role as a Service Juridique at the Parlement Européen in 2000. Fanny then worked at the Cabinet d'Avocats, PAUL HASTINGS, as a Droit de la Concurrence in 2001. In 2002, they were a Chargée des Affaires Européennes et Internationales at the Association Française des Marchés Financiers - AMAFI. From 2005 to 2020, they worked at Société Générale, where they held the roles of Senior Adviser (bilingue anglais), Head of Compliance, and Senior Manager. In 2020, they joined ETPPA as a Board Member, AFEPAME - Association Française des Etablissements de Paiement as a Board Member et Secrétaire, Bankin' as a Responsable Affaires Publiques, and Bridge as a Responsable des Partenariats Open Banking. Fanny Rodriguez is currently a Secrétaire Général & COO and Chief of Regulatory and Compliance Officer at Fintecture, beginning in 2022.

Fanny Rodriguez completed a DESS (Master) in Competition Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2000, and a DEA (Master) in European Law from the Université de Bordeaux in 1999. Additionally, in December 2019, they obtained a Certification AMF from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in France.
