Arvis Ermins

Arvis Ermins serves as the Director and Head of Compliance at Fintelum since September 2018, focusing on cryptocurrency solutions and AML/KYC compliant token sale toolkits. Previously, Arvis held the position of Director and Compliance Officer at NexPay UAB, a licensed e-money institution, from November 2017 to August 2018. Arvis also worked at Globitex as Director and Head of Legal and Compliance, overseeing a digital currency exchange from June 2015 to May 2018. Earlier in the career, Arvis served as Director at MTG China Fund and EIRA, managing commodities trading and proprietary trading respectively. Initial roles included Head of External Communications at the Constitutional Court of Latvia and Lawyer at Deloitte Latvia. Arvis holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Latvijas Universitate and completed the UK Financial Regulation course at The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment in 2013.
