Alan Barton

Alan Barton is a skilled web developer with a diverse background in software engineering, mechanical drafting, and quality inspection. Currently employed at nThrive since August 2021, Alan has previously worked as a software engineer at Owl's Head Solutions and as a mechanical drafter for General Dynamics Electric Boat, contributing to the design of mechanical parts for U.S. projects. Alan's experience also includes culinary roles in various restaurants, maintaining kitchen operations, and serving in the US Air Force Reserve, where responsibilities included managing electrical systems on C-17 airplanes. A graduate of the Actualize Coding Bootcamp with a certification in Full Stack Web Development, Alan's educational background also includes time at the College of Charleston and Greenville Technical College.
