Charles Grayson has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several decades. Charles began their career in 1987 at Bell Northern Research, where they worked as a Test Engineer in Carrier Networks Data Comm. Charles later became a Senior Test Engineer, leading the automation of DMS-250 regression testing and implementing the Segmented Test Execution and Management (STEAM) methodology. In 1995, they assumed the role of Quality Assurance Manager, responsible for Inter-Exchange Carriers.

Grayson then joined Nortel in 1999, where they held various Quality Assurance roles. Charles served as a Quality Assurance Architect and Manager for GSM/UMTS Voice Core, as well as Carrier Networks VoIP and VoATM. Charles was specifically selected to implement quality assurance and lab strategies for DMS-250 VoIP and VoATM platforms, resulting in significant cost reduction and increased productivity.

In 2010, Grayson joined Ericsson as a Senior QA Automation Engineer, focusing on preemptive services, network performance monitoring, and customer network quality improvement. Charles also worked as a Senior Software Delivery and QA Support Engineer, providing technical support and QA for software delivery engineers.

Since 2017, Grayson has been associated with FinThrive, where they have held several positions. Charles started as a Lead Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation Engineer for the Contract Management application. Later, they worked as a Software Quality Automation Architect, responsible for cross-product test automation strategy and implementation. Currently, they serve as a Principal Automation Engineer, leading a team of automation engineers and overseeing test automation strategy and implementation in an Agile Scrum product development environment.

Throughout their career, Grayson has demonstrated expertise in test automation, quality assurance, and management. Charles has contributed to cost savings, productivity improvements, and enhanced customer network quality through the development and implementation of automation frameworks and strategies.

Charles Grayson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) from Texas Tech University. Charles also obtained an Ericsson IP Certification from Ericsson in 2012.
