Charles Schwope is a seasoned software development manager with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Software Development at nThrive since September 2011, Charles oversees a team of twenty-two developers working on a SaaS product for the healthcare industry, utilizing the Scrum methodology. Prior to nThrive, Charles held the position of Software Manager at Carlson Capital, L.P. from July 2004 to July 2011, effectively managing a diverse team and supporting numerous applications, as well as serving as a Senior Software Developer. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Texas Instruments as a Software Developer, where key projects included developing educational software in Java and Visual C++.
