Jade Golen

Jade Golen is an accomplished graphic design professional with extensive experience in marketing and creative leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of Graphic Design for Sales at FinThrive since February 2023, Jade excels in providing strategic creative services, designing high-quality proposals, and enhancing commercial presentations, while also being recognized with the ‘Most Creative’ award in 2025. Prior to this role, Jade spent nearly six years at the University of Wisconsin-Superior, initially as a Marketing Specialist and later as Marketing Manager, where significant contributions included overseeing brand guidelines, managing campaigns, and developing marketing materials. Jade's earlier experience includes graphic design roles at Duluth Pack and maurices, along with a foundational position as Head Graphic Designer at the UMD Statesman Newspaper. Educationally, Jade holds an MBA in Leadership and Change from The College of St. Scholastica, a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Minnesota Duluth, and an AA in Liberal Arts from Lake Superior College.
