James Krolczyk

James Krolczyk is a seasoned software quality engineer with extensive experience in automation and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Software Quality Engineer and Automation Lead at FinThrive since October 2009, James oversees automation for various products, develops and maintains automation frameworks using TestComplete and C#/Selenium, and implements reporting of automation results into qTest. Prior to FinThrive, James worked as a Product Evaluation Engineer at Tango Networks, ensuring product quality and functionality through both automated and manual testing. James began a career at Nortel Networks in 1997, where notable roles included Senior Software Engineer, leading teams on call processing design, and Wireless Custom Software Developer, providing timely feature patches for mobile networks. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
