Joel Hubbart

Joel Hubbart has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joel is currently serving as the Vice President of Product Management - Patient Access at FinThrive since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director - Product Management, Front End RCM at nThrive from January 2022 to August 2022.

Before joining FinThrive and nThrive, Joel worked at TransUnion from 2015 to 2022. Their roles at TransUnion include Senior Director - Insurance Clearinghouse from September 2021 to March 2022, Senior Director - Patient Engagement from February 2021 to September 2021, Director - Patient Financial Engagement from November 2018 to February 2021, Operations Manager from March 2017 to November 2018, and Client Advisor from July 2015 to March 2017.

Joel also has experience at Recondo Technology, where they served as a Revenue Cycle Manager from April 2010 to July 2015. Additionally, they worked as an Exercise Physiologist at Clinix Healing Center from December 2008 to April 2010 and at Broncos Sports Medicine from February 2008 to October 2008, where they managed a wellness clinic and assisted patients in their therapy progress.

Joel Hubbart earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine from Colorado State University between 2002 and 2006. Joel later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Healthcare Administration from Regis University, completing it from 2009 to 2012.
