Kishore Padala

Kishore Padala has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kishore is currently working as the Vice President of Solutions Development at FinThrive since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at PELITAS from April 2019 to April 2022. Kishore has also worked at DCS Global Systems as a Solutions Architect from March 2016 to March 2019, where they previously held the roles of Architect and Senior Software Consultant. Before that, they served as a Senior Consultant at Verizon from an unknown start date to February 2011. Kishore's earlier career included roles as a Consultant at American Express and BRI Inc from an unknown start date to 2005, as well as a Consultant at El Paso and Software Consultant at Versata from an unknown start date to 2002 and 2001 respectively. Their first professional role was as a Senior Engineer at CMC Limited from an unknown start date to 2001.

Kishore Padala completed a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders at Texas McCombs School of Business in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained an MS in Management from SMU Cox School of Business in 2008. Kishore also holds a Master of Science degree in Electronics from Acharya Nagarjuna University. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications in Executive Leadership and High-Performance Leadership from Cornell University, with the year of completion being 2023.
